This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, store and protect the information you provide when accessing our services, including Reiki healing sessions, crystal healing, classes and consultations. 1.Collection of information.

The information collected from you includes your name, contact details, (such as email, and phone number) and any health history information you provide when booking a reiki or crystal healing session, and related services. This information is only collected with your consent.

2.How we use your information.

Your information is used solely to provide services and ensure your safety and comfort during sessions. It may also be used for communication regarding any further appointments.

3. Data protection.

All data is stored securely. Your details are not kept on any computer system. I am committed to ensuring your personal data is secure.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept confidential. No details will be shared with 3rd parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

5.Health Information

To provide you with the best healing experience, we may ask for certain health related information relevant to your session, such as medical history, current physical or emotional issues.

6.Retention of information

The information/records shall be kept for 7 years following the last occasion in which treatment was given. In the case of treatment to children I am required to keep records for at least 7 years after they reach of 18.
